By visiting xevra.ai or interacting with a business phone line powered by the Xevra AI receptionist system, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or interact with the system.
These Terms apply to website visitors and to individuals who call a professional services firm that has engaged Xevra to handle inbound calls on its behalf.
Xevra LLC provides an AI-powered receptionist and intake management service to professional services firms, including law firms, financial advisory practices, accounting firms, and similar businesses. Xevra operates on behalf of those firms to answer calls, collect intake information, and schedule appointments.
Xevra is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or any other type of licensed professional services provider. Xevra does not practice law, provide legal counsel, offer financial advice, or deliver any regulated professional service of any kind.
When you interact with the Xevra AI receptionist system, you are interacting with a technology service operating on behalf of the business you called — not with that business directly, and not with a licensed professional.
The Xevra AI receptionist system does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other professional advice. Nothing said during an AI receptionist interaction should be interpreted as professional guidance, a recommendation, or an opinion on any matter.
The purpose of the AI receptionist system is to schedule appointments and collect basic intake information. Any substantive questions about your legal matter, financial situation, or other professional concern should be directed to the licensed professional you are attempting to reach — after your appointment is confirmed.
Interacting with the Xevra AI receptionist system does not create an attorney-client relationship, a financial advisory relationship, a physician-patient relationship, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and Xevra or between you and the firm you are calling.
A professional relationship with the firm you contacted, if any, is established solely through that firm's own intake and engagement process — not through the scheduling of an appointment.
Xevra's receptionist service is powered by a generative AI voice agent. You may be speaking with an AI system, not a human receptionist. The AI is designed to conduct natural, professional conversations, but it is not a person.
Because the system is generative — meaning it reasons and responds in real time rather than playing a fixed recording — its responses are not fully scripted or entirely predictable. The AI operates within guidelines set by Xevra and the client firm, but may occasionally deviate from those guidelines in ways that were not intended or anticipated.
Xevra is not liable for statements made by the AI agent that are inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with approved scripts. If you have a concern about something the AI said during your call, contact the firm you were attempting to reach, or contact Xevra at hello@xevra.ai.
Xevra provides its service on a commercially reasonable basis but makes no guarantee that every call will be answered, that every appointment will be successfully booked, or that any particular business or personal outcome will result from use of the service.

Program name: Xevra Appointment and Service Notifications
Message types. By opting in to Xevra SMS communications, you may receive the following types of messages:
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Most recipients receive one to three messages per appointment. Marketing message frequency varies.
Opting out. You may opt out of Xevra SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or OUT to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.
Rejoining. To resume receiving SMS messages after opting out, reply START to the number from which you received messages, or contact us at hello@xevra.ai.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Xevra is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.
Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier network availability and compliance with applicable regulations.
Privacy. Xevra does not sell, share, or transfer SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is shared only with Xevra's SMS service providers for the sole purpose of message delivery. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Compliance. Xevra's SMS program operates in compliance with applicable industry standards, including CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and applicable TCPA requirements.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
All content on xevra.ai — including text, design, graphics, and branding — is the property of Xevra LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Xevra AI receptionist system, including its configuration, call flow logic, and underlying technology, is proprietary to Xevra LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Xevra content or technology without prior written permission.
You agree to use xevra.ai only for lawful purposes. You may not use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other user's access. Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from xevra.ai is prohibited without prior written consent.
xevra.ai may contain links to third-party websites. Xevra is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute an endorsement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Utah law.
Xevra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, Xevra will provide at least thirty (30) days notice before the updated Terms take effect. Notice will be provided by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by direct communication to active service clients.
Your continued use of xevra.ai or the Xevra AI receptionist service following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
